Your password, on your own time.
Reset a forgotten password, change it, or unlock your account. No need to call IT.
Works with @myjoyner.com, @drivejoyner.com and @joynersales.net addresses.
Do this first: set up recovery
You can only reset your own password if your account has a phone number or authenticator app on file. It takes two minutes:
- Enter your work email above and choose Set up recovery.
- Sign in with your current password.
- Add your mobile number, and the authenticator app if you use one.
Common questions
Which systems does this password work for?
Your Joyner work email password is the one you use for email, Teams, OneVoice, People Connect, and the other Joyner tools you sign in to with your work email. Changing it here changes it everywhere.
What makes a good password?
At least 12 characters. A short phrase works well, like three unrelated words with a number. Don't reuse a password from another site, and never share it. IT will never ask for it.
After I reset, why do my phone or Outlook keep asking for a password?
Devices remember your old password. Sign in again with the new one on your phone's email and Teams apps and in Outlook. It can take up to 15 minutes for everything to catch up.
It says I can't reset my password.
Usually your account has no recovery phone on file yet. Call Enterprise Technology at (877) 240-9784 and we'll get you back in, then set up recovery so it doesn't happen again.
Enterprise Technology can help you get back in.
